Nice hotel with modern interior. Great location for a visit to London. Underground nearby. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Enough choice of food during breakfast. Room is clean and with a modern bathroom

This hotel is in a great location, close to the city, but not too close to be bothered by noise or too many people. There are several tube stops close by. The personnel is very nice, accommodating. We could check in early and they answered all our questions. The breakfast is nice, not super extensive, but enough for all including gluten free options. The restaurant is closed on Sundays, but you can still eat from their menu, just not sit in the restaurant. The rooms are adequate, not super roomy, but hey, this is London ! Nice showers, safe and fridge in room. The one thing I missed: tissues.... They provide soap and shampoo. Definitely recommended.

All of the staff were helpful, friendly and polite. The lobby is actually quite nice to hang around in with friends for drinks. We liked the bar snacks menu, and it's worth pre-paying for breakfast, as it was a very nice buffet spread with full english and continental options which were all good and enjoyable. We had a family room, with a teen and a pre-teen, and the room was very nice and spacious. With the bed folded out, we still had plenty of space to use the desk, etc. Wi-fi was fast and eminently usable. The beds, including the fold-out bed, were comfortable and we had a pleasant sleep. Location is great, lots of restaurant options around and it's a short walk from Southwark station. We had a great stay over a holiday weekend, and can't emphasise enough how pleasant and nice the staff were.

Good value, nice touches like filter water on all floors. Breakfast worth having but rooms a little small .

Everything one would expect from a chain hotel in London at this price . Great location, clean, nice polite staff. Tea coffee and fridge in room with nice milk and at a reasonable price.Particularly like the filter water machine available on every floor nice touch. Rooms a little small for the price hence 4stars.

Brilliant service by Gary and colleague. Warm welcoming on arrival and very considerate to us. Great position and walking distance to so many places like Borough Markets and Breakfast was great , lots to choose from. Would highly recommend.
