Went to the savoy hotel on Monday the 1st of December with some friends for afternoon tea the service and food was excellent and the staff were friendly and attentive but I have to give a big shout out to to the Health and safety manager called James . I became unwell while I was in the Gallery couldn’t of asked for better care and understanding and looked after me until I was feeling better and able to continue with my visit round London thankyou once again Gill Malcolm

From arriving at the hotel the staff are so welcoming, helpful and always smiling. My friend and I stayed for 2 nights and everything was as expected. Swimming pool so warm amazing!!!! One small upset was having to queue for breakfast have never had this at a 5star hotel.

Afternoon tea and an overnight stay to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary . A bucket list experience which exceeded our expectations . Wonderful tea , beautiful room with great amenities . Drinks in Beaufort Bar made extra special by the attentive staff when they heard about our celebration . We were made to feel so welcome from the minute we arrived until we left the next day . Wonderful !

Very much liked this hotel. I think there are a variety of rooms. I got a very good one. A friend got a small one. The restaurants and bars in the hotel were all good. Really liked the River Restaurant.

From start to finish everyone at the hotel was 5 star. The new room was beautiful and the views were amazing, the Gallery for lunch and Rover restaurant for breakfast was stunning. The American Bar was brilliant and they even held our table whist we were late in a taxi! Best stay that we have had and no complaints.
