I stayed in the hotel for 6 nights during my visit to London. This hotel is very well located, hardly a couple of minutes from tower hill station. Tower bridge and tower of london are at a walking distance from the hotel. Very well placed if you want to explore London. Coming to the hotel, the room size are small, but rooms and lobby both are clean. However, the hotel has no concept of service. No intercom in room, for anything you want, you will need to go to reception. Overall, average property.

Good location issy to go to central London my kids is loving the train on the christmas tree on reception and reception very friendly staff and happy, the cleanliness is good and happy staff Definitely I recommend And definitely i coming back again

Amazing hotel. All is in nice standard and you can feel comfortable. Is perfect to relax after long travels or stay for few days. Nice rooms. In room have coffee machine and kettle. All staff is so friendly and helpful. In free time in hotel can you go to gym and sauna.

For a 5 star hotel a lot is missing. No utilities in the bathroom. Floor on keepers resto and ground toilets sticky! Good practice the zero waste effort in the breakfast! Executive rooms not to select for hygienic reasons. Wash basin in the middle of the room next to the bed! Need to use the loo, you have to get out, open another door, go to the shower area to wash …

I booked your hotel on Thursday (28th, November) by calling your customer service, I asked them to book a room for four of us as a family where all four of us could be together, I was booked the rooms and emails were sent. I clearly informed your staff that we needed a single suite that has two rooms to accommodate all four of us together, and this must not be separate. I was booked in and was informed to reconfirm by calling your front office and ensure they assign me with a room as per my requirement. I tried calling your reception at least 8 times on Thursday, but no answer. So, I had to leave it there, as I also had other work to take care. When we arrived at your hotel on Friday, we were informed by your front office staff that we were booked two separate rooms for our family. I was EXTREMELY disappointed with Novotel when I heard this. In addition, I was informed by your front office that he indeed had a suite available as per my requirements and can assign me the same, but this suite would be a downgrade from what was booked in my reservation. He also said that he cannot refund any difference after downgrade. So, I asked your staff why I was not booked on that suite if it was already available, and why I was missold something that I did not want? Unfortunately, there were no answers. We were very particular to stay as a family together, and so we just used one room, and the other room was left just like that. Your cleaners would have seen how that room was left unused. I am very disappointed because I was missold a higher tariff room which did not meet my requirements when a lower tariff room which already met my requirements was readiliy available.
