I was not quite sure what to expect for a mid-global pandemic stay. I found that the hotel was spotlessly clean, and the WhatsApp request system worked really well - the staff were attentive and went the extra mile to ensure that guests had a good stay. Very impressed and would stay again.
Unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel

Poor service and cleanliness of room a disgrace, Carpet stained and dust around carpet edges. No answer from Room Service, eventually went out for a meal despite being tired. Cleaners left bag of rubbish outside room which was left until evening when we had to ask Reception for it to be removed. On the whole we would not stay at this hotel again. Paid £292 for two nights and now wished we had booked Double Tree which was cheaper!! Disappointing. Unfortunately we cannot recommend this Novotel Hotel.

First things first: the hotel is nice, and on a great location. Breakfast is decent. However, the staff was friendly, but more focussed on efficiency than friendliness. My room was nice and spacious, but the shower floor is very slippery and leaks water. There is a message stating that bath mats can be requested at the reception desk, but I only noticed that after I fell and severely injured by shoulder and knee. When mentioning this at the reception desk, on check-out "hmm, sorry bout that" seemed a bit of an easy apology. I couldn't lift my luggage anymore so I strolled out of the lobby with mixed feelings of a good hotel, but still a little rough around the edges. I will look for another one next time, or bring a bath mat.

It’s way too expensive for what you get. I’ve been staying in the Accor hotels for years and this is by far a huge let down for both services and quality of sleep. I’m a platinum guest and go nothing extra whatsoever. I pre-paid my room using my cumulated points + a little extra by card and got charged 3x as much. At the beginning I thought it was just the deposit but it was never sent back. Also, room very extremely noisy. I was expecting much more an a little care given also the type of customer I am. The location is perfect but I highly recommend the double tree or the M just near by. I’ve stayed in both hotels and are by far better.

poor room with no courtesy elements; air going through the window at night and breakfast in the room arrived on wet tray dirty seats and poor towels i come at this hotel very often since 2017 and I expect having better services
