We have staved at Ibis previously, and found it a nice place to stay. On our recent visit we found the same hospitality and desk staff to be very helpful . Our only comment is that a microwave in the unit would have been useful to us in preparing our breakfast meals.

Check in was quick and efficient, staff provided enough information from room location to wifi connection. Also, in the morning the lady at the front desk greeted us. They have facilities that we need, like 24/7 hot/cold water, quiet corridors and basic room amenities for the price we paid. The only downside I see is that our pillows are very soft -- though we still managed to sleep well.

As always the staff here were very friendly and helpful We have stayed here many times. Very disappointed that the fridge so we had to store our cool things in the kitchen and ask for ice.

My room was street side with a lot of noise due to roadwork. As an Accor gold member I would have expected a better room
