Great location for travellers, easy to find. Great staff and service. We use it travelling between Santander and our house( and vv) in silver coast in Portugal.Its very dog friendly, to the extent the receptionist welcomed our border collie before us!

We have visited twice now and the stay has been good both times. We requested the same room and was happy as it was comfortable and good for managing at our ages. The staff are very helpful and the breakfast is plentiful. Will be booking again for next year.

Came for the Total Eclipse and found the Ibis well located to the major routes. Within 3 minutes you can be out on the motorways heading north, south, east or west. The hotel is lovely and clean and offered a great breakfast every morning. The Staff are all lovely as well which made for a very enjoyable few days.

We booked for the eclipse. Not my first choice of locations but they had availability. My expectations were not high but the place was great. Yes they are basic rooms nothing fancy but we had loads of parking space, they made us feel so welcome and provided everything we needed so I couldn't expect more.

The rooms are very simple but have what you need. Everything was very clean and had no complaints. The location is a bit far from the main areas but there is a bus and they can call a taxi for you.

All staff very welcoming and friendly. The location just off the motorway and easy parking in front of the Hotel helped my initial choice. The comfortable reception area enabled me to easily log on to the internet and deal with some urgent emails. The restaurant accommodated my early arrival at 19.15 (even though it didn't open until 19.30hrs!). Well done to everyone at this venue 5* to you all! Will stay again on my next drive from Santander to Marbella!

We travel by road with our pet dog twice a year from portugal to santander for a ferry to England and England to portugal. We have been staying here for 12 years. Jesus the manager is really helpful and the one time we had a problem he was on the phone offering a free night. Staff are really nice. Food could be better but adequate. Just a bed, dinner and on our way early next day.

Always stay travelling to/from Santander. Great for our Labrador being near the excellent park just over the river. Staff always very welcoming and professional, food excellent, rooms always very clean. It is the best Ibis we have stayed at.

Hotel is well located. We no longer eat in the restaurant, which we used to eat in. On a previous visit, it seemed that the restaurant was very busy and I was served what could only be described as a junior portion. When I questions the waitress where was the rest of my meal she said that was all of it. I think that due to the level of clients there was not enough food available. But instead of saying that my food choice was not available the order was still taken. I think there is room for improvement in the dinner service and believe that Ibis should look at a major review of the restaurant system. You are missing a great chance to improve your standing. The restaurant should be an attraction.
