Always stay travelling to/from Santander. Great for our Labrador being near the excellent park just over the river. Staff always very welcoming and professional, food excellent, rooms always very clean. It is the best Ibis we have stayed at.

Hotel is well located. We no longer eat in the restaurant, which we used to eat in. On a previous visit, it seemed that the restaurant was very busy and I was served what could only be described as a junior portion. When I questions the waitress where was the rest of my meal she said that was all of it. I think that due to the level of clients there was not enough food available. But instead of saying that my food choice was not available the order was still taken. I think there is room for improvement in the dinner service and believe that Ibis should look at a major review of the restaurant system. You are missing a great chance to improve your standing. The restaurant should be an attraction.

I'm sure the kitchen didn't serve you an incomplete portion of food, otherwise you would have been informed that it wasn't available. However, this lets us know that perhaps some of the portions we serve of some dishes aren't sufficient, creating that impression in customers. Therefore, the amount served on each plate will be reviewed with the kitchen.
