Great location a few minutes walk to the railway station. Five to ten minutes walk from Petit france and 15 minutes from the cathedral. The staff are very friendly. They had a lift which was great for our party. The buffet breakfast is a nice continental breakfast with lots of choice. The major let down was we were on the fifth floor. It was very hot and the air-conditioning didn't really work. Also the decor is quite dated.

Excellent value, good central location. Parking is not far from the hotel and only a short walk away. It is discounted and secure and €7.50. Reception staff were helpful, friendly and informative. Rooms were clean and ideal for our one night stay.

While the stay in the hotel was good enough for its price, unfortunately they kept our bail because the staff thought that we disturbed other people's stays, which isn't tre at all but we still lost around €20 each. If you are with friends or on a school trip, please do not be fooled by the low prices, because they will probably try to get your money in less respectable ways.

Perfectly located, just across the street from the railway station and 10 min by foot to the christmas markets area. Staff is great. The room was good sized, very warm and clean . The bathroom is ok, water is super hot. There is a venfing machine in the lobby for water and snacks and a carrefour 2 min away

We were in Ibis Budget Strasbourg Centre Gare from June 17th to 19th. The people at the reception were friendly and helpful. We had booked for a walking tour and the meeting point was quite a distance away. The man at the reception gave us correct directions. The room was small but comfortable. Being a budget hotel the room is fine for one or two days. The one minus point was water from the shower cubicle came out and the floor was wet for quite some time. There was paid breakfast in the hotel. We had to book for the three of us the previous evening. The breakfast spread was very good and filling. We recommend the hotel.
