Dear Guest, We thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We are delighted to hear that you found our staff to be excellent and our location convenient for your stay. It's great to know that you enjoyed the nearby Italian restaurant and the short walk to the railway station. We appreciate your feedback regarding the safety box and coffeemaker in the rooms. While we do not currently offer these amenities, we do have a safe deposit box available at reception and our bar is open 24/7 for guests to enjoy a tea or coffee at any time. We understand the importance of a comfortable stay and will take your suggestions into consideration for future improvements. As for the breakfast, we are glad it met your expectations and hope you had a pleasant start to your day. We look forward to welcoming you back on your next visit to Namur.
