Our reference hotel in London!! It's wonderful and the staff is incredible. We have been going for more than 10 years and we have never changed, they make us feel at home. The location is incredible, to walk wherever you want and close to the best restaurants. Thank you so much

Perfectly located for easy access to everything! Staff were professional and extremely helpful. Any issues were dealt with immediately and without a fuss! We stayed there for around ten nights but broke our stay in the middle by 3 nights when we went to Oxford. So was great that we could have our luggage stored until our next check in. Highly recommend without hesitation

My wife and I went back to the Sofitel London St James after going there last spring too. This hotel is a great place to stay, the service is excellent and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel always has a nice fragrance in the air. Our room was always clean and well maintained. The breakfast is always something to look forward to. Also, the location of the hotel is very convenient to many sights and entertainment. Will always stay here when visiting London!

Amazing experience in this hotel! First at all, the location, literally less than 5 minutes walking to most of the main sights of London! The main areas are well cared and cleans as well as the rooms. Rooms are cozy, clean and well equipped. Impossible not to mention the comfort of Sofitel’s beds… the best!! But the best of all is the staff! All of them really attentive, nice and professional. Special mention to the restaurant/breakfast team!

This is the best hotel that I have visited so far. The attention to detail even before you arrive in the hotel is something else. The team is so professional and caring that you almost forget you are in a hotel. The rooms are lovely, the placement as well and the restaurant is a masterpiece.
