立地やサービスは期待通りでした。ホテルの内部を見てまわるツアーも楽しめました。私の忘れ物についてホテルの皆さんがとても早く(私が気づく前に)対応してくれたことにとても感謝をしています。またOWOに宿泊したいです。

立地もよく、客室数も少ないため、十分なサービスを受けたと思います。今まで海外でいろんなホテルに泊まっていますが、ベストホテルの1つでした。スタッフが暖かく迎えていれてくれ、わからないことがあればどのスタッフもすぐに対応してくださいました。

部屋は少し狭かったが立地も良く快適な滞在だった。シャワーの水圧が弱かったのは改善して欲しい。
