Absolutely horrendous customer service from the staff at the reception.

We are sincerely sorry that the cleanliness of your room did not meet the high standards we strive to uphold. We deeply regret to learn about the blood stain you found, which is wholly unacceptable. Please be assured that we take matters of hygiene extremely seriously, and we are investigating how this was overlooked. Our housekeeping team is trained to meticulously prepare each room, and we can assure you that your room was ready for you the day before your arrival. Additionally, we apologize for any discomfort caused by the reception staff's conduct. Providing welcoming and considerate service is fundamental to us, and your experience does not reflect the quality we aim for. Dear Niamh, We would like to thank you for this review about your recent experience in our hotel. We are delighted that you found our hotel well maintained and comfortable, and that our team's politeness and helpfulness stood out during your stay. It is always encouraging to know that our efforts to provide a high-quality experience are appreciated. However, we regret to hear about the disturbances you encountered due to street noise. We understand how important a quiet environment is for a restful night, especially when traveling with family. Our hotel does offer quieter rooms on higher floors or facing the courtyard for a more serene experience. Additionally, we provide earplugs and have taken measures such as double-glazed windows to reduce noise intrusion. For future visits, we recommend requesting a room in these quieter areas when making a reservation, and we will do our utmost to accommodate your preferences. Finally, we hope that the central location of our hotel, within walking distance to the train station and close to Geneva's beautiful lake and attractions, provided some convenience to your visit. For families seeking a peaceful atmosphere, a short walk to the right upon exiting the hotel leads to the lakefront, offering a variety of family-friendly activities.
