Big clear rooms but … At the reception was not possible to receive the map. When we asked about good restaurant , the answer was - every place. Nobody helped us with the luggage, although we asked for. Very bad surrounding. Working girls next to the corner all the day.

Evening arrival , check in was fairly quick although the staff looked smart and their white shirts none of them wore name badges! Pleasant lobby with boutique style decor ! Four main lifts / elevators but quite small for inside ! Nice well appointed room , well equipped and clean . Very nice shower and stream proof / heated mirror ! and fairly non slip shower floor . Clean comfortable bed and nice pillows , fairly well soundproofed windows, air conditioning, fairly quiet . Decent WIFI signal. Slept well . The area around the hotel has bars and some small convenience store nearby , at night the area is lively and vibrant with some ladies of the night in the area ! I felt very safe and no one hassles or bothered me . I did not try the bar / restaurant but both looked pleasant enough I used the TooGoodToGo app to get a 4.90 Swiss francs breakfast( take out ) from the nearby IBIS hotel . The Novotel was clean , staff were all courteous, friendly and professional, room was clean comfortable and quiet.

I booked 2 rooms (Double and Double with sofa bed) for family vacation first time in years and first night for trips. We have 3 kids using shared luggage and stuffs. They put us separately floor 5 and floor 1. Asked to change but unable to do. My room with Sofa bed was in the 1st floor the loud noise from the metal tube that I could see from the window. Like a spare rooms for overbooking

Dear Novotel Geneva, We stayed at the Hotel with family and booked 4 Rooms, very spacious Room, Clean, and good city location. Restaurant breakfast had good spread and friendly chef and staff to serve and assist with warm and fresh breakfast. Front Desk staff is not much friendly and not helpful with checkin or assistance with luggage. We ordered room service food which was basically a frozen food reheated to serve, not recommend the room service food. Thank You, NPatel PNI Hospitality

Novotel Geneva We spent 14 days traveling across Switzerland and stayed in 6 different hotels. Without a doubt, the best of them all was Novotel Geneva Centre on Rue de Zurich. Its location is excellent—just a short walk from the train station and within walking distance of Lake Geneva. We arrived late in the evening, and the reception staff, Nordine and Théo, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Their warm attitude made all the difference after a long journey. The room was spacious, very clean, and well-equipped. It was the only hotel during our trip that had both a safe deposit box and a refrigerator in the room—small details that made a big difference. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary bar of Swiss chocolate and two bottles of water waiting for us in the fridge. These thoughtful touches really stood out. We travel often, and I can confidently say this Novotel is the best 4-star hotel we’ve ever stayed in. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent service, comfort, and a restful night’s sleep.
