However, we regret to hear of the issues you faced. Our bathrooms are designed to maximize space while still providing privacy, and we understand this can be an adjustment for some guests. It's also pleasing to know that the cleanliness and spaciousness of your room, as well as our bathroom amenities, contributed positively to your stay. However, we regret to hear about the challenges you encountered, particularly with regard to the shuttle service and the handling of your request for an iron and ironing board.
