Location - 10 minutes walk from the Lake; 20 minutes to Old Town; 10 minutes to Train Central Station and Bus Station; lots of restaurants around the area Breakfast- wide selection of breakfast; their Apple Strudel is a must try! Room - we booked an Executive Room with Balcony with City View ; Spacious Room and Bathroom; includes all basic amenities with coffee and tea facilities

This is our first stop in Geneva and our experience was very positive Very nice hotel, clean room confortable I was observing in the breakfast Antony how was very proactive and dedicated to his job providing excellence at all levels , I could not hesitate to tell him because we won’t see this anymore in hotel. Very noisy hotel

It is a very noisy hotel. Hotel facade is glass and rooms have big windows. I stayed in room 207 for 3 nights and hotel deliveries start at 6am right outside the window. I was woken up by laundry van deliveries or there’s a big crane/cherry picker operated very early in the morning (windows repairs I think) I reported this to the hotel reception but they said hotel was full and they don’t offer ear plugs. So they can’t help. Hotel is very expensive and location is very convenient but each day I was woken up very early by noise right outside the room

The location are great n easy to identify n reached. Facilities are well equipped n convenient store are around corner with walking distance. Quiet at night n pillow are soft n fit my request. Check in was easy n fast.

It is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Housekeeping team is the worst I have ever seen in my life. I stayed two weeks at the hotel. And I kept asking to change the bed sheets. And never during my two weeks stay they changed it. I know that they didn’t change it because of the stains In the sheets. Same case w towels ! Receipt staff are friendly and trying to help to be honest. But because the hotel is busy all times due to airlines crews, they can’t manage to help and serve anyone accordingly Worst thing about the hotel is it’s location. It is just one minute away from “red light area”. Which makes it a really bad option for families with children’s to stay in!
