Very good value for money option in the centre of Geneva. The hotel looks unassuming from outside yet is nicely laid out and furnished inside. Service is good and rooms spacious m, all that at a very decent rate for Geneva. Better than some of the more « high end » properties in Geneva such as the fairmont.

We stayed at this hotel two nights while visiting friends. We loved it, and I can only reiterate my opinion stated back in 2016 -- with the improvement that we found the service much better than at that time. Otherwise, all was very much the same -- we even took a pic of us at the exact same place as 7 years ago, with the same furnitures and background exposed ...

We were very impressed with the service and amenities at Hotel Rotary. The front desk workers speak very good English and were happy to answer our many questions. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with a mini bar we used as a fridge and a TV with chromecast. Breakfast was delicious - we bought the more expensive 37CF breakfast which offered oatmeal, eggs, bacon, yogurt, coffee, juice, cereal, fruit, cheese and cold cuts and more. Service at breakfast was also friendly and attentive. There’s a small but functional gym in the basement (cardio machines, weights up to 20lbs, bench). Only criticisms would be that housekeeping was a little spotty and we had to sort out that we’d prepaid for some things when we checked out (but they quickly fixed the issue.) Plus the location is PERFECT to get to both sides of the lake, the train station, many chocolate shops and restaurant areas. Highly recommended!!

Hello friends if you are ever in Geneva do not ever consider this hotel for a stay here , this hotels service is below par for the price , to begin with the house keeping only comes in once a day and do not even clean the rooms properly often forgetting to replace tissues or replace the daily water bottles . The rooms were very very hot and unbelievable and unbearably hot to stay in even with their so called “AC” systems turned up to the maximum we still couldn’t sleep till 4 am from how hot it is . Reception was very rude to members of my family when they asked politely about if the AC could be checked , I have just checked out of the hotel thank god and I will surely never ever be staying or recommending this hotel to anyone ! It claims to be 4 stars but beware because this facility would even be 2 stars when you live there .

A gorgeous hotel tucked away in a side street away from the busier part of Geneva. The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We had 3 rooms booked and we were all placed on the same floor which was appreciated. The rooms were older style but beautifully furnished and refreshing these days not to be ultra modern. We had slippers and chocolates were left on our bed. We found the hotel very quiet at night and didnt hear anything which disturbed us. We had dinner at the hotel and with 3 vegetarians amongst us, they went over and beyond to accommodate us and the food was amazing. We also had breakfast which was very good. The wait staff were super friendly and efficient! We loved sitting outside in the courtyard in the evening for dinner. Would definitely stay again if in this beautiful and charming city.
