Dear Sir, We appreciate the time you have taken to provide us with your opinion of your stay. We appreciate you taking time to share your experience. Our team is delighted you enjoyed our well-stocked bar and signature cocktails. The breakfast selection featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients remains a highlight many guests appreciate. We're particularly pleased you found the bed comfortable and shower refreshing. That said, we regret any disturbance during your stay. Our secondary building's heritage flooring preserves historical character while modern double-glazing typically ensures tranquility. For future visits, we recommend our signature rooms on higher floors facing Place Kléberg. Finally, our central location near the lake and transport hubs makes exploring Geneva effortless.
