4 Nächte geschäftlicher Aufenthalt: 2x keine Zimmerreinigung und 1x kein Frühstück da EIN Mitarbeiter krank. Selten so ein schlechtes 4* Hotel erlebt. Aufbetten: Fehlanzeige. Nach Beschwerde beim Management wurde dies zwar um Entschuldigung gebeten, verbessert hat sich jedoch nichts.

Wir möchten uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten bezüglich der Zimmerreinigung entschuldigen. Es ist unser Standard, dass alle Zimmer täglich gereinigt werden, und es ist bedauerlich, dass dies während Ihres Aufenthalts nicht der Fall war. Des Weiteren bedauern wir die Situation mit dem Frühstück. Unser Frühstücksbuffet ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil des Morgenangebots, und wir verstehen, dass dies enttäuschend für Sie war. Mein Zimmer war Mercure Standard: Groß, komfortabel, sauber. Das Bad ebenso. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und richtig gut. Das Personal war freundlich und kompetent. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der S-Bahn und ist so auch bei Messebesuchen eine gute Wahl.

Changes are not an improvement

This is no longer a 4 star hotel. Recent cost cutting changes have eliminated evening meal service and room mini bar (now its self service microwaved meals from the lobby). I imagine the changes look good for the Mercure accountants, but did anyone ask the customers ?

Dear Noel, many thanks for your reply. We can understand, that not each guest agree with our change in a mordern F&B concept. Since January we have implemented the Kukimi concept with Asian, Indisch and local Food. Also , Salads ,wraps and sandwiches 7days /24 hours. Also we serve fresh made Pizzas in the hotelbar during the week in the evening. Since we have installed the shop, the amount of offered drinks increased from 7 out of the minibar, to about 30 several drinks, we offer in the shop. Also we reduced the prices for the drinks and food in respect, that we do not have the high cost of minibars , that are not used in the room. We have gain many positive feedback to this . Surtainly our bisto / hotelbar is opened during the week to offer service and beer , wine and other drinkt to our guests. best regards Stefan Rösl General Manager

Lobby/bar area extremely warm. Bedroom too warm even with A/C. Bar not open Sunday evening or upon our return from dinner Monday evening. Bar hours listed as open until 1am. These are all factors that I will consider when returning to the area.
