Upon arrival the staff was welcoming, but after they found out that i am a crew-member, the entire mood changed. During my check in i had to switch 3x of Front Desk as there was something. Check out took a while and the lobby it quiet noisy as the meetingroom lounge is in the open mezzanine. It was OK'ish, but for a 5* hotel i should expect a bit more service and quality

the pillows are terrible i woke up with neck pain. the breakfast is deteriorated no variety in choices of cheese nor dessert there are no muffin or tarte no choices of coffeee. The smell is nasty, no choices for salty food only pastries, you have to me more generous

It was amazing to stay at the Pullman La Defense. I like to thank you Maria at the reception for the generous upgrade from the Classic to the Deluxe room. I like to thank you Salome for the great breakfast service and also Ahmed. Lilia the chef makes a great personal omelette for me which is very delicious and good presentation also. The Hotel is located very near to the Westfield Mall which is an amazing mall to go shopping and eat at. It is also located near to the train and metro stop. You can travel to central Paris in 10 mins. It is very convenient. I recommend for the travellers to stay at this Pullman hotel and enjoy what it has to offer. The staff is excellent and the rooms are really good.

Exceptional service and accommodations. We stayed here due to the proximity to Olympic swimming events. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. We received a welcome package including an Olympics themed duffel bag. We were very happy with our stay here. It was a very convenient location to the metro, as well.
