호텔 체크인 후 2일뒤 화장실에 뜨거운 물이 안나왔고, 뜨거운 물 공사로 호텔을 폐쇄하나다는 내용을 전달해주지 않아 밤 12시 넘어서 통보받고 짐 싸서 다른 호텔로 옮기고 중간에 또다른 호텔로 이동하는 경험을 함. 인보이스 금액도 맞지 않고 스테프는 전혀 프로페셔널하지 않음

We are sincerely sorry about the hot water problem we had due to the hot water tank leaking throughout our co-ownership. We fully understand how frustrating it is not to be able to benefit from hot water. We would like to assure you that we have made it possible so as not to upset our customers, although the technical problem is not our hotel. We have immediately taken steps to resolve this technical problem and strengthen internal communication so that such incidents do not happen again in the future. We also apologize if our teams were not quick enough to inform you of the situation, despite the various means put in place for this. It is true that a transfer at our expense should have been planned. Regarding your invoice, the problem was resolved with you as soon as the request was made and we have mobilized our teams to do this as quickly as possible.
