Dear Mr K., Thank you for taking the time to share your experience following your recent stay at our establishment. We are sincerely sorry about the hot water problem we had due to the hot water tank leaking throughout our co-ownership. We fully understand how frustrating it is not to be able to benefit from hot water. We would like to assure you that we have made it possible so as not to upset our customers, although the technical problem is not our hotel. We have immediately taken steps to resolve this technical problem and strengthen internal communication so that such incidents do not happen again in the future. We also apologize if our teams were not quick enough to inform you of the situation, despite the various means put in place for this. It is true that a transfer at our expense should have been planned.
