3번째 호텔 이용이고 매번 즐겁게 지내다가 갑니다. 처음으로 택시를 타고 호텔에 체크인을 하였는데, 라데팡스의 길이 복잡하고 으스스했지만 잘 찾을 수 있었습니다. (다만, NEST 표시가 좀 더 눈에 띄게 되어 있고, 승강장 공사가 마친다면 더 좋을 것 같습니다.)

The heater is not working

1. 고장난 히터 때문에 감기에 걸렸어요. 4박을 투숙했는데, 첫날 히터가 고장났는지 너무 춥게자서 감기에 걸렸다. 둘쨋날 히터수리를 요청했지만 수리가 불가능하다고 휴대용 라디에이터를 제공해줬다. 방을 옮기고 싶었으나, 미안하다는 말뿐이었다. 2. 디파짓이 아직도 환불이 되고 있지 않다. 디파짓이 환불되고 있지 않다고 이메일을 호텔측에 3번이나 보냈는데, 기다리라는 말뿐이고, 결국 신용카드사 영수증을 보냈더니 그제서야 미안하다고 오류가 있었다고 한다. 그리고 또 다시 기다리라고만 한다. 과연 디파짓이 잘 환불될 수 있을지 의문이다. 3. 부족한 설명 조식당에서 무엇을 추가로 요청할 수 있는지에 대한 설명이 없다. 옆사람은 계란을 주문해먹던데, 주문할 수 있는지 조차 알 수 없었다. 제발 개선되었으면 좋겠습니다. 그 외에는 푹신한 침대와 좋은 위치로 좋아질 가능성이 높은 호텔입니다.

요청도 잘 들어주셨고 방도 깔끔하고 큰 편이였습니다. 침대도 엄청 편해서 잘 자고 갑니다. 다만 수건이 조금 부족한 편이였고 위치가 중심가에서 좀 멀어서 아쉬움이 있었습니다.

CDG 공항에서 택시를 이용해서 호텔로 가는데 호텔의 위치를 정확하게 확인할 수 없어서 길을 좀 헤맸습니다. 그리고 객실에 구두주걱이 없어서 불편함이 있었습니다. 그 외에는 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다. 특히 TV에서 넷플릭스나 유튜브를 시청할 수 있어서 여가시간에 잘 쉴 수 있었습니다 :)
