Simply the best stay we’ve ever had with ALL. I’ve stayed many times at hotels within the network and, honestly, I didn’t have high expectations this time. However, this turned out to be the best hotel and the best experience we’ve ever had. The staff were exceptionally attentive, even leaving a surprise in our room upon arrival. The room, while standard in size for Europe, felt surprisingly spacious, well-equipped, perfectly quiet, and impeccably cleaned every day. Breakfast was simply outstanding — beautifully prepared, with an extremely attentive team that genuinely made us feel at home. Congratulations to the entire hotel team — you truly deserve it. And one more thing: the hotel is just 50 meters from the metro, making arrival from and return to the airport incredibly easy and convenient. In short: a perfect 10!

AC doesn't work, staff was rude about it. Had to open windows. Too hot in Paris, didn't change room or fixed AC. The staff was pissed that I lodged an email complaint and stopped listening completely.

A really lovely hotel with plenty of character! The hotel is well positioned and excellent value for money. The rooms are clean and well thought out in design for the space!! The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious with a fabulous cheese selection.

This should be a five star review. The hotel has a great location, its is clean and modern, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast very good. All in all, great value. However, our room, although with a double bed was clearly designed for a single guest, open plan bathrooms are in our experience unusual. Fortunately, we have been together for a long time. It would be a good room for a single guest.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! From the moment my partner and I arrived, the warmth and hospitality from the staff were evident. A special mention must go to the manager, Chiraze, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Her attentiveness and genuine care made us feel incredibly welcomed. The room itself was superb, offering a beautiful view of Paris and of the River Seine and providing all the comforts we could ask for. The complimentary minibar was a lovely touch after long days exploring the city. Breakfast was another highlight. The selection was fantastic, with crispy bacon, fluffy scrambled eggs, and a wonderful variety of local yogurts, jams, and honeys that added a delightful French touch to start the day. All in all, this hotel exceeded all expectations, and the location was ideal for exploring Paris. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in the city!
