El hotel esta muy bien ubicado y el personal es SUPER amable. Desgraciadamente el restaurante estaba en remodelacion y estuvo mal que no nos lo dijeran al hacer la reserva. Pero volveria

Ubicación inmejorable, muy cerca de todos los puntos de interés. Atención del personal muy buena, a destacar la visita guiada por Yoan del "momento memorable" y sus recomendaciones durante toda la estancia. Como sugerencia estaría bién la actualización o cuidar más los detalles de las habitaciones pués no está en conjunción con el resto del hotel que si corresponde a la categoría del mismo. La accesibilidad para personas con discapacidad no era buena, el acceso para discapacidad se encontraba en proceso de reforma, aún así el personal fue muy atento y me ayudó en todo momento.

NECESITARIA UN POCO DE REPASO-REHABILITACIÓN. ELEMENTOS DE LA HABITACIÓN QUE NECESITABAN SER REVISADOS 8CORTINA OSCURECEDORA DESCOLGADA, SOPORTE DE LA DUCHA SUELTO). UN HOTEL DE 5* NO SE PUEDE PERMITIR ESTAS COSAS.
