A las habitaciones les hace falta una renovación para cumplir con el estándar de un hotel de 5*. Personal muy amable. Buena ubicación. Una gran ventaja disponer de parking en el mismo edificio del hotel en una ubicación tan céntrica. Buen desayuno.

Todo en el hotel fue perfecto, salvo obras que hacían ruido fuera del hotel, pero que no eran responsabilidad del hotel. El personal fue siempre muy amable, la habitación muy cómoda, sobre todo la cama y cumplen con lo esperado para un hotel 5 estrellas, definitivamente lo recomiendo.

Eso es lo que puse en todos los sitios en los que publico… ese hotel no es un sofitel. Llegue 1.30 pm y no tenían un cuarto disponible… con lo grande que es el hotel… así sea un upgrade…. Una descortesía total. … el hotel viejo. No está a la altura de otros sofitel en los que estuve. No volvería.

Everything perfect! We went to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and they prepared us a very special room with petals, balloons and a heart-warming card. Also Sebastien (the concierge) gave us many information. The hotel also has very nice view of the river. The rooftop bar also has very nice view and good drink menu.
