Hotel is ideally located at the Place des Jacobins. Friendly and helpful reception staff enhanced our stay. Housekeeping was excellent, the room being spacious and spotlessly clean. Our request for a '' walk-in'' shower was met without a problem. Breakfast was plentiful and varied.

Beautiful hotel centrally located in lyon Very close to the night time eating and drinking quarter Beautiful rooms and well appointed bathrooms, Staff so helpful, maps of the city provided and a board in the foyer suggesting where to eat at night If ever in lyon again we'll stay here.

I stayed at the hotel for 1 night, very good location, clean room, good shower, and the staff are very friendly. Good Bed as well. The hotel is a walking distance from all the main attractions! Highly recommended for Solo travelers and couples as well

Great Hotel in Lyon

The hotel is centrally & conveniently located in the middle of shopping area which you do not need a car to walk around. We got the corner room that overlooks the beautiful roundabout. Despite their strategic location, we couldn't hear any traffic noise. This is like a boutique hotel. Lobby is small but our rooms are spacious. Basically, I can't find fault with the room and bathroom. It's super clean and impeccably furnished. Bed & pillows are super comfortable. Check-in reception provide courteous, friendly and helpful services. The only drawback is that the hotel has no carpark. We have to park about 5-7 min walk from the hotel. You may write to the hotel and ask for direction to the enclosed car park with CCTV. If you need to unload the luggage, recommend for the car to stop at the side road facing the roundabout and NOT in front of the hotel. The road in front of the hotel is a busy one-lane street. To unload in front of the hotel, we have to be fast and not hold back the traffic as the parking space in front may be occupied. We didn't try the hotel breakfast as there are many nice boulangerie and good Michelin guide restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Despite of the car park limitation, I highly recommend this hotel especially for those who are on a shopping spree and exploring the city as it is close to the rivers and there are many beautiful monuments, cathedrals etc. around. I'll definitely will come back.

A Wonderful Hotel in the Heart of Lyon

This hotel's location is perfect! Even though you are right in the middle of all the action of Lyon, the hotel is super quiet. Close walking to distance to many restaurants and bars Upon arrival we were greeted with smiles from the staff at the front desk. Our airline had lost one of our bags, upon arrival at the hotel Maxim was very empathetic to our situation and offered to help track the bag down. The bag was eventually delivered to our hotel later that evening, Maxim called our room and brought the bag up. All the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful during the time of our stay. These small niceties make such a difference when travelling these days. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel so I'm unable to comment on that. The rooms are spacious and very well appointed, and house keeping was consistent during our stay. If you are looking for a wonderful hotel in the heart of Lyon, this is the hotel for you! I would recommend this hotel to family and friends and I would most defiantly stay here again the next time I visit Lyon. Thank you again to all the staff that made our stay so enjoyable.
