Dear guest, Our hotel is located at 2 km of the city center of Aix les Bains, in a large private park, it is easy to go by bus or by feet there. We dont understand why you feeled stuck.. The localisation and equipments of bedrooms are noted on our website when you book a bedroom in order to have no suprises . We haven't any microwave, ice, ... in the rooms, but we can help you with pleasure at the front desk. We hope you will come back here or in other Ibis Styles to have a new experience to reconcile you with our brand. Best regards, The Domaine de Marlioz team
