Excellent hotel, comfortable beds, clean rooms, very friendly staff and the food at the restaurant was exceptional totally out of this would, thanks to the team that took care of us from the moment we got to the hotel

Pillows are soft the carpet is clean, rooms are smelling good, rooms have working station, Aircon and coffee, resealable price and very safe, restaurant food was delicious obsoletely out of this world, receptionist are smelling and willing to assist at all times

Small, friendly and not so far from the airport this hotel is a great place to stay to recover after a long flight and as a base to explore Johannesburg. Rooms are small but clean. Unfortunately the bar closes early (9pm) but you can stock up and they won't kick you out. Breakfast was good ( mix of local and Western food) but the coffee could've been better.

I am currently in 318 ,I must say that was disappointed to find out my heartist card rate not included for F&B. You must educate all staff about All membership and their benefits. All staff are good but they need to be more into emotional intelligence, so that guest can feel welcome, acknowledge and appreciated.
