The worst hotel in my life

Terrible rooms And the bed is old and hard, no comfortable. Expensive for the bad service. The gift water in the arrive is tap water from the machine, no bottle water. The worst hotel.

Regarding our water filter, this is a solution based on ESG practices that ensure quality water sustainably, but it does not prevent the purchase of bottled water at our 24-hour bar and/or a refillable bottle. Hotel bem localizado, qualidade Ibis portanto sem surpresas, ótimo café da manhã, staff do front desk bastante solicito. Especial referencia a Gerente Bruna, e a colaboradora Giovana. Deixa um pouco a desejar em alguns aspectos de manutenção que poderia ser melhorado. Algumas pequenas falhas no serviço de arrumação, mas que não comprometeram a estadia.

Ficamos felizes em saber que a localização, o padrão Ibis, o café da manhã e o atendimento da nossa equipe contribuíram positivamente para sua estadia. I went to work at Ibis and had the happy surprise of being served by João as a guest. An extremely helpful operation. He helped me with the internet signal and explained the breakfast buffet clearly. Thank you João, see you and thanks Ibis Hotel

Arrogant manager with piercing

Manager rude with a piercing on the nose, no smile no eye contact no thanks for staying in the hotel, charged us for a two tooth paste that all hotels should provide for free, charged us for the car park too, absolutely RIP off, made us feel not welcome to the place,, we will never go back .

It´s the 4th time I´ve stayed at Ibis Sorocaba. Every time, it has been excelent, particularly the team. Everybody is efficient, sympathetic, attentive. The installations are Ibis-standard: clean, comfortable, large bed. I love the fact that they accept pets but this time I didn´t take mine but my sister did. This time I´ve tried more itens on menu; they´re OK in price/quality.
