Adoramos o hotel ! Bom custo benefício, quartos limpos e atendimento muito gentil! Estávamos em família e ficamos no final de semana. Está em frente ao shopping Iguatemi e o café da manhã é servido no Novotel!

Alan gave me excellent service! He was very friendly, attended all of my needs, and treated me like a king! I appreciated how he spoke to me in English and complemented the little Portuguese that I spoke. The event was fantastic as well, with great Arab food and live dancing!

New hotel with a superb location in front of nice shopping mall with lots of restaurants and shops. Bed was comfy. In my room the heating was working, which seems not to be the case in all rooms. Breakfast at the Novotel very tasty. Fully recommended

I was having a rough day but thanks to the great attitude of Tiemi, my waitress, I got a lot better. She suggested the perfect choices for my dinner. Employees like Tieme is what sets Novotel-Sorocaba apart from the competitors.
