Hotel in decent position but as between main bus terminus & grubby sports bar it ain’t the most attractive area! On the edge of the Center centre so real easy to drive to - don’t be alarmed by the clean air zone signs, as yet private cars are exempt. Terrible mattress & pillows along with hot room without cooling we both had terrible night sleep, booked & paid for 3 nights but checked out after 2 to get home to sleep!!! Not sure if we were just unlucky but deffo will not be back :(

Small rooms decorated in beige and brown and strangely designed. My room had a view of a massive brick wall so not the cheeriest of places.some people won't give a monkeys bout that I know.only thing in it's favour is it's better than the oyo.no where to park your car either apart from q park rip off £17 odd for 8 hour stay Sheffield streets should be paved with gold at those prices but surprise....they're not

Thank you for providing feedback, we are pleased to hear that you you found the hotel clean. The hotel is in the city centre & the rear of the hotel does face other buildings. We do not have parking, there are various secure & unsecured carparks in the city. The closest is the Castle gate Q park which offers a pre booked discount of £10 for 24 hours. Advice of reserving this is communicated before arrival & throughout the hotel. There is also on street parking close to the hotel which is chargeable through the day at different rates & free of charge overnight Kind regards

Came here with my university karate club for a competition and the hotel was brilliant - clean, spacious and had amenities such as a hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo, towels and tea and coffee making facilities. Location is super convenient for the city centre too. I didn't have any breakfast so can't comment on that. The only thing I would say is that my room and a few others' rooms had really narrow beds in the twin rooms - not so good if you move a lot while asleep. Other than this, I had a great stay.

Can only describe as less than average. Very basic facilities, bed was very hard and creaky. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Only positive was shower had good pressure and was hot. Breakfast was pretty poor , especially on fresh fruit selection, yoghurts just left on the side all morning not refrigerated. Bread was going stale.

We understand people can prefer different bedding & linen, please always contact reception and we can rectify the issue by changing rooms or linen for the remaining nights of a stay. The breakfast area has an integrated hot plate & solid top cold display for chilled items. This has a digital display of the temperature for necessary monitoring. Fresh bread is put out daily for toasting. Kind regards

Very good stay for 2 nights in Sheffield in Jan 2024 Positives 1- Clean, medium sized and well maintained room 2- Friendly and helpful staff We had to change the room one night due to a blockage in the sink pipe and the staff were helpful 3- Excellent location close to the city centre 4- Value for money Negatives 1- Heater was not working, although the default temperature was nice and warm All in all, a decent experience and will definitely stay here again when in Sheffield!
