The hotel's location is hard to find

This hotel is close to the metro, but if you travel by Uber or car, the hotel's location is very hard to find because it’s in a business district. My experience staying here made me miss a train because it was very difficult to find a taxi. Since I couldn’t take public transport with my heavy luggage and also with my children, it was quite challenging. So, if you plan to stay here, consider the accommodation aspects. Regarding the hotel, I received a room upgrade, which was larger and I was happy about it. Why? Because when I first arrived to check in, the initial room given to me was already occupied. Then, when I went back to the reception, I was given a room upgrade.

* Google address is wrong, 100m from the front door. * Front door is hard to be recognized this is a hotel * Taxi hard to find the right place as it is going around. If you take Uber with hotel name, you will just keep going around it and never entry the underground car park. * Some staffs are nice and funny. * Price is reasonable * Location is great with metro station in a hundred meter, and M1 line can travel to most of the major place in paris

No chauffage in the hotel and very cold inside the hotel

Don't go in the cold season...or at least take a thermometer with you to prove to management that in the room are less than 18 grade Celsius..they said they are not allowed to put the heat higher due to government decision..but the prices are higher than in other years

a simple hotel, expensive without any facility good breakfast no plan to go again there, could be much better i can recommend it for one night stay only, not for family and not above 1 night location is good, room size is just ok

Check the photos, is absolute disaster and staff also. No english, no care about the guest. Never ever again. When tou have issues and ask for a supervisor there is never nobody. You are lucky if you'll get few basic english words from the receptionist😂😂 Better to sleep under the bridge than here.
