Clean tidy comfy hotel, quite rooms, good staff, excellent breakfast choice, reccommended. Great location to visit the area. Plenty of shops and restruarents near by. Poitiers just five to ten kilometres drive, access there not easy though!

Great welcome by Chloe at reception. Comfortably located near toll exit and Tesla superchargers. Plenty restaurant in vicinity. Room was OK. Breakfast quite poor, not meeting Mercure standards, neither in terms of buffet choice or attentiveness staff.

We visited the Mercure travelling back to the UK, instead of actually visiting the Futuroscope park which the hotel is built to accommodate for nearby. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The location was very convenient, being all but a roundabout and peage away from the A10, and the breakfast we had there (the restaurant was closed for dinner) was a very good buffet selection at a reasonable price. The bed was comfortable although the pillows were not the best - the shower and bathroom albeit small was also good. Generally, although the room lacked space and comfort, it was functional, new and had a nice themed design. We particularly appreciated the USB slots in the room. Finally, we were very appreciative of the hotel’s COVID-19 safe initiatives - this included one way lifts, mask-wearing, lack of tea and coffee in the room (it could still be made downstairs or on request) and your own ‘grabber’ for buffet breakfasts. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay as comfortable as possible.

Your average Mercure, meaning it's ok. Room ok, clean, good sleeping quality. Toilet separate from shower room. Kitchen (dinner) ok, quick and correct service, quality of the food ok. Breakfast at Mercure standard.

Well located near the motorway and into Futuroscope area, nice hotel, clean, quite wide rooms when 2 people, bit tight when 3, we had up stairs bed rooms close to each other, clean, with good bed. Breakfast is wide and correct, missing bit fruits and when hotel is full, 2 employees dedicated to breakfast are running like a hell to satisfy customers. Price bit high, 120/130 euros/night with breakfast, but quality is there
