Comfortable and clean!

We stayed in a family room. The room was comfortable and clean with air-conditioning. The reception staff were lovely and friendly. Great value for money. I would definitely stay here again! Well done Ibis!!!

Great room with extra clean sheets and towels. We had a room at the rear of the hotel which was good apart from when the take away next door closed. There was lots of noise from the take away. Select a room on the front of the hotel.

Fawlty Towers could do better

Arrived after a long day travelling with our 2 young children & 2 dogs. 2 interconnecting rooms booked & paid for months ago. Handed the paperwork in at the desk to be told that a mistake had been made & our rooms had been given to someone else with our surname. The couple had gone out for meal/drinks & the hotel had no details for either of them. The hotel was full. The only offer that was made to us was to sit & wait until they came back from their night out & then they would be asked to leave our room & then we could do back in. After an hour’s call to Booking.com we were refunded & had to find another hotel several miles away at 10pm. Would NEVER book another ibis hotel again. Unacceptable & if I could give this hotel zero stars I would do. We were not even offered a glass of water, just asked to sit & wait for hours. Ridiculous.

We had a marvellous reception, with our dogs, the room was good and clean, the staff all very helpful. The bar area was very pleasant, and we enjoyed the food. After the horrendous events at nearby Chateau de Dissay, it was lovely to be treated so well.
