Vi volevo segnalare alcuni problemi di pulizia, in primis nel bagno della nostra stanza ogni giorno al rientro trovavamo dei capelli lisci neri, non certo i nostri segno che o la signora che si occupava delle pulizie non portava il capo adeguatamente protetto oppure non puliva bene i panni e le spugne. Anche l'area della colazione nonostante la buona volontà del personale risultava disordinata. Ultima cosa, di cui comunque eravamo a conoscenza, ma risulta inspiegabile e' la mancanza di un secondo asciugamano in bagno. Posso comprendere il risparmio, ma per la tariffa pagata si trattava di una grossa mancanza.

I letti non sono confortevoli perché sono infossati al centro.mi sono fatta cambiare la stanza ma, come mi ha detto la ragazza della reception, non c'erano stanze con letti migliori. Consiglio di adottare i New bedding che ho trovato in altri Ibis, dormire bene è fondamentale per una buona riuscita della vacanza. Consiglio di offrire dei carrelli per le valige. Il problema del parcheggio che non è fornito dall'albergo, così ci è stato detto, non è un problema da poco.

Hotel collocato in posizione strategica, a pochi passi dal parco del Prater e dalla stazione ferroviaria con almeno due linee della metropolitana nelle vicinanze. In pochi minuti si è in piazza del duomo. L’hotel è silenzioso, pulito e la colazione accoglie tutti i gusti.

Ho soggiornato presso Ibis Wien Messe per 4 notti tra luglio ed agosto 2026. Camere basic ma ben pulite, ottima posizione con metropolitana a 5 min. a piedi. Consiglio per chi cerca qualcosa di abbordabile e ben collegato con metropolitana.

Pulizia assente, siamo stati fuori tutto il giorno per poi tornare la sera con il letto stropicciato, la camera sporca e il bagno sporco senza rifornimento di sapone nonostante fosse finito e la doccia con più sporco di quando l’avevamo lasciata. camera spaziosa e pulita. dotata di lenzuole, coperta calda, televisione, sapone, asciugacapelli e asciugamani. la posizione è la cosa migliore, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione metro/treno/tram, comodissima per spostarsi in città. personale disponibile e gentile. disponibile anche il deposito bagagli gratuito e check-in flessibile. l’unica nota negativa è che gli asciugamani non erano pulitissimi, ma per fortuna ne avevo portato uno da casa. in generale ottima esperienza.
