Booked this hotel as we were over for the football and the Ibis Styles are normally fairly decent. Our room was right next to the railway line on the first floor, so zero chance of getting much sleep. The second night we heard knocking on doors for over an hour at 4am but were told at reception that it was nothing to do with them and that it was staff from the station! Average room, shower was poor. Breakfast was decent which probably saved them from a one star review. Would recommend if you love the sound of trains and don’t really want to sleep.

Notre établissement est effectivement situé à proximité immédiate des voies de la Gare de l’Est, un emplacement central qui plaît à de nombreux voyageurs en raison de son accessibilité. Toutefois, nous comprenons que cela puisse occasionner des désagréments sonores pour certaines chambres, notamment en étage bas. N’hésitez pas, lors d’un prochain séjour, à demander une chambre située sur l’autre façade, plus calme : notre équipe fera toujours de son mieux pour répondre à vos préférences. Concernant les bruits entendus dans les couloirs, nous regrettons sincèrement cet incident inhabituel et nous comprenons votre gêne. Bien que cela semble effectivement provenir de l’extérieur de notre établissement, nous allons renforcer nos rondes de nuit afin de garantir un meilleur confort à tous nos clients. Nous prenons également bonne note de vos remarques sur la chambre et la salle de bain. Sachez que nous œuvrons continuellement à améliorer nos prestations, et vos retours sont précieux pour cela.

Dużym minusem był brak dystrybutorów z wodą na piętrach oraz gorącej wody. Widok na wieżę Eiffla oraz Montmartre wiąże się z widokiem na dworzec kolejowy, słychać w pokoju pociągi ale nam nie przeszkadzało. Minus też był brak żelazka lub prasowalni, obsługa na recepcji poinformowała że nie ma, a wg strony hotel jest.

Nous sommes heureux que la vue sur la Tour Eiffel et Montmartre vous ait plu, bien que nous comprenons que la proximité de la gare et le bruit des trains aient pu être un inconvénient pour certains. Nous sommes également ravis que cela ne vous ait pas dérangé. Concernant le manque de distributeurs d’eau et d’eau chaude aux étages, nous vous présentons nos excuses. Nous avons pris note de cette remarque et cherchons des solutions pour améliorer ce point. En effet, de l’eau potable est disponible à la réception, mais nous comprenons qu’un distributeur à chaque étage serait un atout. Nous vous présentons également nos excuses pour la confusion concernant l’absence de fer à repasser ou de service de blanchisserie. Bien que cette information soit disponible sur notre site, il semble qu’il y ait eu un malentendu. Nous allons vérifier cela pour éviter toute confusion à l\'avenir. Lokalizacja super! Na dole stacją metra linii 7, niedaleko Gare de l'Est. Sam hotel ok, pokój nieduży ale wystarczający. Łazienka wymaga już odświeżenia ale czysto. Śniadania dobre, obsługa bardzo sympatyczna!

Jeśli miałbym znaleźć jakiś plus to lokalizacja, choć i ona daje się we znaki, bo hotel usytuowany jest nad stacją metra, co słychac i czuć. Pobudka gwarantowana bez budzika. Nie rezerwujcie tego hotelu zimą, bo przemarzniecie na kość, chyba że lubicie chłód w pokoju lub siedzenie w kurtce. I temperatury za nic nie zmienicie i nie podniesiecie. Prysznic to kolejny mankament - słabiutkie ciśnienie wody i do tego niestabilna temperatura wody - istna sinusoida od wrzątku do letniej. Zdecydowanie odradzam rezerwacje. Rezerwacja pokoju w tym hotelu była błędem i na pewno już nie skorzystam, choć do Paryża wpadam dość regularnie.

racist staff and horrible experience

the hotel itself is already in poor condition - no heating and the room that we had, had an electrical failure (plugs and lights not working). the staff here are ok expect one called Sabrina, she was horrible. i’m asian and she she mocked my accent. however, when attending other guests who are caucasian she was so nice and polite. she doesn’t want to acknowledge us or help us and was overall very rude. when talking to her, she just tried to brush it off and said that she didn’t understand english. not only that she mocked/talked bad about me in french. horrible service and attitude. she made me feel terrible about myself being a guest in the hotel. if you can avoid, avoid this hotel at all cost.
