Last minute booking and need to be in a specific location at a set time left us with no choice but to book a cheap room in a cheap hotel. If it weren't for the very pleasant and helpful staff, I'd have called in the local council health inspectors. This property is an absolute dive: filthy, dirty, mold in shower recesses, dust "beds" throughout the room on any surface on which dust settles, and the vent in the bathroom was putrid. How do large hotel chains which sell franchises to businesses to operate under their name tolerate these appalling standards?

They made me pay for parking , The air con was a rottn old wall unit and had no heating function working. on the websit parking is mentioned but one isnt informed that it aint free. at a cost of $10 a night . After i complained I was given a $20 discount but I found it very irregular practice

King bed Room - Room was cold (the air con was not on) - had no towels - had the thinnest blanket and super thin pillows, I had to fold both of them to support my head. - had to take a big step up to the toilet / shower. If you cannot do small spaces avoid the bathroom. You have to close the dour to use it or it will set of smoke alarm. - It was noisy people slamming doors. - Paid too much for the Room for what I got. - 1 star for Location, was good for where I had to go.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! NEVER SEE THE AGIAN GIRL ON THE COUNTER HAPPAY AND CLEAN... SHE MIGHT DO BABY SEATING BEFORE COMING TO THE JOB... NEVER FOLLOW BACK OR COME BACK AGAIN.. WONT RECOMMAND TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO BUDGET IBIS ENFIELD (SOUTH STRATHFIELD)

Honestly, when we arrived and I walked down the corridor on the second floor, I thought what a dump. It smelted and the carpet was really dirty. The room was okay, though. Cramped, expensive, but we stayed over New Years, so that’s just the way it is. The area is pretty dull. There’s a KFC and McDonald’s next door. In fact that was our view. That and the parking lot. Breakfast was basic, but fine. Toast, butter, yoghurt, orange juice. Best feature: Fridge in the room.
