We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the need to show a pass every time you returned to the hotel. Your feedback is valuable, and we will review the security procedures to ensure they are within the Clubs NSW Legislation while also being guest-friendly. Additionally, we regret that you found cleanliness to be lacking, and we will address this with our housekeeping team to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and dusted. Regarding the elevator situation, we understand how frustrating it can be to wait, especially when in a rush. We will work to address any maintenance issues promptly to ensure smooth operation of our facilities. We're glad to hear that our location was convenient for attending work on time, but we regret that other aspects of your stay fell short. However, we're truly sorry to hear about your overall experience and the inconveniences you faced.
