Far from city centre and most importantly not within reasonable walking distance from metro. Hence it was quite inconvenient as nothing is accessible on foot and we had to rely on the bus to move around. Big Carrefour supermarket right next door. Restaurant in the hotel serves decent food.

Great experience, Rooms where clean and tidy. Everything you need for overnight stays in Paris. Staff was also friendly and have storage available for luggage prior to check in. Hotel is walking distance from bus stop for easy access to the public transport system to get to all the sights.

Get what you pay for, watch out for the room keys

Very much get what you pay for. No frills, small rooms that are only there for sleeping. No hand soap at the sink, only a pump dispenser on the far shower wall so sharing a bathroom is a non-starter. Room key cards will demagnitize instantly if you put them near your phone, which is VERY aggravating. No thermostat in the room so it's quite warm. Breakfast was fine and reasonable for Paris tourism prices. Convenient to access from Gare de Lyon -- go out towards Bercy exit, then around the corner at Paul's at street level and take the 24.

Horrible Front office manager behaviour and unacceptable attitude.

I made 2 booking at the hotel one of the booking I made by mistaken day I asked the receptionist to cancel this booking so I can do a different day they rejected by the manager and not even asked me to modify the day I want it. Then 2 days after the charged me the full amount even after I asked to wave the fees as I can’t come on this day. I still don’t get it very simple req could be resolved but he had to show how he know the customer service and customer care. Very poor management.

Very decent stay and great breakfast...

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in May 2023 along with my family of 5. I was very hesitant to book this hotel based on some reviews and also because it is quite far off from the main sightseeing points. However, for the budget and last min booking that I did, I am very satisfied by this hotel. Since it is a budget hotel - so yes, the size is small and it does not have a lot to offer, but it is comfortable for a short stay. The breakfast area is quite huge iunlike other ibis budget hotels that I have seen and buffet breakfast spread is really nice with lot of breads, cakes, waffles etc. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel and it is the most convenient way to travel to nearest metro and travel to Paris city centre. This hotel has a payable Locker facility which can be used if you want to keep your luggage after checkout and collect it later. Overall quite decent and fine and would recommend if you are tight on budget and unable to book anywhere close to Paris city.
