It's also great to know that you enjoyed our breakfast offerings. However, we are sorry to hear about the issues you faced during your stay. Dear Alle, Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear that you appreciated our prime location and found the room clean and spacious. Our team strives to provide a comfortable stay for all our guests, and we apologize if not all of our staff members were able to communicate effectively in English. We continuously work on improving our language skills to better serve our international guests. We understand that some additional services come with a cost, and we try to maintain a balance between affordability and quality. Our hotel offers various amenities, such as luggage storage and flexible check-in/check-out options, to cater to our guests' needs. We apologize if you found the room a bit dark; we do have rooms with different views and window sizes, which can be requested upon availability. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the housekeeping team during your late check-out, and we will address this issue with our staff to ensure better communication in the future.
