Dirty, smelly definitely not worth 130€

This is the worst place I’ve been in years. Papa d 130 for a couple with a child, for one night . We arrived late, having informed them, but when we got there there was nobody. The receptionist arrived after a while, the poor guy all on his own trying to find the cause of the bad smell . The bed was not made, there was a bag with sheets for us to make it. The breakfast appalling: a super small space without even the space to cue, twenty minutes, competing with a dozen other guests trying to get something to eat , croissants like chewing gum, tasteless coffee… The room was clean but the common areas, stairs snd hallways had not been cleaned in a while. The only other experience like this I ve ever had was the cheapest hostel in Washington DC, but it was one fifth of the price!

We are sorry that the service and delivery did not live up to your expectations, and we ask you to accept our sincerest apologies. Be assured that the necessary measures have been implemented to improve the quality of services mentioned. We have actually had a problem with air conditioning this past few days and we are sorry for this problem. Know that it is now repaired after several interventions of our technicians, since 1 week. Once again, we thank you for your comments and hope to regain your confidence during your next stay. Looking forward to welcoming you soon, please believe in expressing our best feelings.

WiFi/ Internet never works!

It's an Ibis Budget in France, so as you would expect and ok for one night, BUT BEWARE, I have now stayed here on 3 occasions and the WiFi Internet connection has never worked. Watching any movies/ YT videos is impossible and normal Web pages take forever to load. So, if you need/ want Internet, AVOID this hotel! For me and in 2019, any hotel without working WiFi deserves no more than 1-2 stars at most.
