Dear PAUL b., Thank you for taking the time to write us such an interesting review, I hope to be able to answer all your questions and to satisfy your curiosity. We do keep some room on the ground floor for the elderly and we have room designed specifically for the disabled as well as a shower and WC that allow enough room for a wheelchair and who, obviously, does not have any stair or steps so that the people having trouble walking may still be able to use our facilities without trouble. The ground floor is also availble upon request. I agree we need better energy systems pretty much everywhere. We are all aware of the emergency concerning the climate and how pressing it is to change our habits. we do our best everyday to ensure a good and proper use of the ressources, but the big change comes from above and we have little to says in the matter. Thank you for the compliment on our team ! We do our best everyday to ensure you the best time possible while you're here. In the hope to see you again. Dear DAN G., We thank you for taking the time to write us, your opinion is important to us and we are truly sorry your stay wasn't satisfactory. Despite our best attention it happen we miss some details. We would have loved to help you and give you an untainted blanket. It happen that day we were full and didn't have a better room to offer. despite our best effort, the scent of smoke is complicated to fully remove. We apologyse we didn't success.
