The worst hotel ever

This hotel is HORRIBLE. We arrived and checked in. Now I am aware that Formula 1 are a budget hotel and are very basic, room only with shared facilities. But this is the most horrendous place I’ve ever stayed. The corridors stank of stale smoke, and there was a strong smell of smoke in our room - the bedspread had clearly not been washed in a long time. The toilets nearest our room were unsanitary. There was urine all over one toilet seat and the floor, and the other had huge lumps of poo on the rim of the toilet. I walked around the hotel and could not find a clean toilet and had to clean one myself to be able to use it. Now, coming to sleep. The ‘mattress’ was a 2 inch flat piece of foam on an mdf board and was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept on. We arrived at 9pm and by 6am left because no one in our party could rest adequately. I will never stay at an F1 again and I’m surprised that this is a part of the ACCOR group.

Wifi was not working, otherwise all was ok for the price paid. Breakfast was simple but good (except the instant coffee, no fres coffee)

Good Value for money but....

Have used many times over the years. This time when I pre booked and paid for three rooms it obly came up as one. I emailed to clairy but no response so I reserved two more rooms in the name of Hensey and P., just in case as we had small children needing beds. I asked for the two reservations to be cancelled when we arrived as we had indeed got three rooms paid for under my name. it seems these were not cancelled and I have paid for them. That is my only complaint.
