Pour ce qui est de l accueil, rien à redire Nadia est très souriante et sympathique Par contre pour le reste la c est zéro Propreté sdb : des poils et des cheveux Et la Clim qui n a pas été entretenue depuis des lustres avec dés ailettes noire de crasse et de moisissures

Chambre avec douche et wc pour 3 nuits avec une promo à -30% grâce au compte fidélité Accor. Les points positifs : accueil agréable, bien situé et relativement calme. Les points négatifs : odeur de canalisation, lit qui grince au moindre mouvement, salle de bain exiguë, pas de ménage durant notre séjour, pas de rangement, pas de spot de chevet. Le rapport qualité-prix n'est pas au rendez-vous. Beaucoup d'hôtels font mieux avec des prix à peine supérieurs.

Absolutely shocking customer service by receptionist. Would not allow early check in despite rooms being available then tried to charge early check in 45 minutes before normal check in time. Refused to store luggage so wasted 6 hours waiting in reception. Worst experience I have ever had. Rude, unhelpful, unprofessional. Miles away from city Centre.

Damp bed

Damp bed and dirty walls left at around 5am sleped in the car on holiday though I booked the one just down the road that looks better on Google maps. This ones rubbish I didn't notice the damp bed until I wonted to sleep I got out a travel hairdryer and then laid down tissues that made it a bit better.

I arrived at night and I mistook F1 n° 1 with F1 n°2 witch was opposite the first one and that I couldn't see from the road. It wasn't written on my booking that there were two hotels. I couldn't enter the hotel (of course I had the number of the other hotel), I had to pay an other room and they didn't want to reimburse me. So I paid twice for a room and it was very noisy until 00.15.
