ors de ma réservation en ligne, un prélèvement a été effectué, mais à mon arrivée, on m'a demandé de repayer. Cette expérience remonte à quelques années. De plus, il n'y avait aucun service client sur place ; il fallait appeler un numéro et attendre, sans aucune solution au final.

Puces de lit et désinvolture de la réception ET de Accor.

Je demande maintenant un remboursement total et un dédommagement ! J'ai été victime de punaises de lit, 18 piqûres et une nuit de cauchemar, une autre chambre accordée en pleine nuit... et au matin de constater que la 1ère chambre avait été refaite pour être relouée, contrairement aux dires de l'accueil m'assurant qu'une entreprise de dés-insectisation avait été missionnée ! J'ai averti le Siège Accor il y a un mois et je n'ai eu qu'une réponse stéréotypée. maintenant j'agis, photos à l'appui. Cet hôtel aurait dû être fermé ! au moins le temps du traitement.

L’hôtel a été rénové récemment, ce qui le rend plutôt agréable. Il est situé dans une zone commerciale, il y a donc beaucoup de restaurants et de magasins dans les environs. Les chambres sont propres et agréables, bon rapport qualité / prix.

On a budget ? Worth thinking again before settling for this one ...

Ok - so I was arriving late in to Marseilles airport and was travelling on a budget. The Formule 1 seemed the best option over and above schlepping in to town (taxi etc ....) I had never stayed at one before, and don't mind places being cheap/cheerful (having stayed in some spectacularly basic places) and I knew that the WCs and showers were external to the bedroom. However, 2 things would prevent me making this choice again : 1) there is no transport from the airport to the hotel (or back again) and I was extremely fortunate that the driver of another courtesy bus very kindly agreed to take me there (even though he had to check with a friend of his in another hotel where the Formule 1 was). The following morning, I ended up paying 9 Euros for a taxi back to the airport to catch the Navette bus into Marseilles (I was only passing through en route to La Ciotat). The breakfast was ok for 4 Euros (basic, but ok). The worst thing however was 2) the smell in the room - akin to a urinal (was not sure if I woke in the night because of being in a strange place or because of the 'atmosphere pissoir'. My theory is this : people wake up in the middle of the night : some may not be bothered to walk the 10 meters to the toilets so navigate instead the sink. Badly.
