It's been a long time since i was in a hotel room with mold on the walls and bathroom

very bad, and will never go again. Room was not ok. Mold against the walls and bathroom, bed old and worn out. In general not what i am expecting from an Accor hotel.

I booked this hotel believing it had a pool as I was led to believe the pool and spa was in operation I booked for Christmas it was extremely disappointing the menu was one of burgers and pizza the pool and spa not open nothing was refunded even after I explained the only reason I booked was because I'd been led to believe it was open I was supposed to recover a call back it never happened breakfast was bland nothing hot and even had to cook my own boiled eggs if I had known I would have purchased a cooked breakfast elsewhere cheaper all in all paris was beautiful at Christmas but the hotel spoiled our trip I certainly will not use this hotel again

Madame I think you mistake our hotel for another one, there is absolutely no information about our pool opened from our website. The last time, we used this pool was before Covid. Your are making a review on tripadvisor, a website saying that we don't have any pool. Nobody from our team will tell you that our pool will run because we know it will make an issue later with a guest. We did have this swimming pool and Spa, but again it was before Covid. Almost 5 years ago. I don't know also where you have the information that we have a special menu for christmas, but no, we did not. Sincerely, BHUGEL Idriss – Front Office Manager

This hotel is nowhere near to standards of any 3-star hotel and forget about being even near to the standards of IBIS. I got a very very small room that I can't even walk straight around my bed. The walls and carpet were full of stains. Took 1 hour to just check-in to my room as there was very little staff and whatever staff was there they didn't even care about what issues guests were facing. Opting for a buffet breakfast is a waste of money as they have very very few options and nothing is of good quality. The location to enter via cab is horrible going through dark back doors. If you are booking a cab from a hotel no cab can ever be found from where to enter.

We booked the hotel since we have stayed ibis on our previous tours, but when we read some of the reviews we were worried what might be in store for us. Contrary to the reviews we got Good cozy clean room. Though other ibis hotels have more facilities. This one has basic utilities hair dryer, towels, paper cups instead of glasses. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good...typical of what we get in the Europe fruit juices, cold cuts,bacon croissants, varied cheeses, scrambled eggs, fruits, tea coffee etc The rooms were cleaned daily. Fresh towels provided daily by the housekeeping staff. There are three accesses to the entrance. The walking access through the lift is a not great ...the lift stairs have a urine stench. But you can use the access used by the vehicles and walk it up. Overall a good experience.

Good value for the price. Not perfect but it was fine for our needs

No amount of looking on Google maps could help us find the best way to get to the front door of our hotel. It seemed to be on top of a multi-storey car park. Two small hills, akin to Alpe d’Huez (one for you cycling fans), finally brought us breathlessly to reception. Chaos (of the disorganised variety) as one of the computers at Reception wasn’t working. We had a long wait to be seen but, in fairness, they couldn’t apologise enough and even offered us some hot beverages. The hot chocolate I plumped for was amazing. Our room was on the small side but all we ever need is a clean bed and a decent shower. The room was fine. The bathroom was an interesting configuration, to say the least. To get to the toilet, you have to open the door and step up into the shower so you could close the door behind you and then step down to get access to the toilet and sink. The shower itself wasn’t designed for anyone over 6 feet tall but I worked around that. A bit of a squeeze but a small price to pay. Everything was clean. There wasn’t a lot of wardrobe space and the room’s TV was placed in front of it, a rather bizarre location for it. But we made it all work. My only real complaint was that instead of one mattress on the bed, it was two single mattresses on top of each other. When I turned over in my sleep, I took the top mattress with me and it slid off the second one, causing me to fall on the floor.
