Happy with the venue and cleanliness. Our biggest complaint is the coffee. We brought a coffee and no one knew how to use the machine so coffee was bad. Next day different people so try the coffee again and it was the worst coffee I have ever tasted so left them sitting on the table. People who get bad coffee don’t come back so I suggest u train the staff properly on how to use the machine. If u don’t train them it’s a waste of time having the machine and should give it to someone who deserves it. I enjoy staying at the Novotel and this is just a suggestion that would benefit your brand thanks to all the lovely people that work there we will see u next time minus the coffee
