I can see that you are being clever with the room door hangers, unfortunately I found them confusing. Sometimes simple is better, please make up my room or do no disturb. I like the idea of getting sparkling water and it would be good to have jugs available to bring up to the room, rather than having to go to the room and then come back down.

The staff were all very friendly, nothing was too much trouble and the welcome drink as an Accor member allowed us to select from more options than we are used to. All Novotel Hotels should do the same. Not just house wine or Beer.
