部屋のテレビが、画面の説明通りにしてもスマートフォンをキャストできなかった。 フロントに問い合わせて一度エンジニアが部屋を訪問したが改善されず、その後は放置されたため非常に残念な思いをした。

We travelled from Canberra to Sydney with a tour organized by Potter Travel for 3 nights to celebrate Australia Day. The tour included 2 buses and 80 people. The Mercure Sydney was an excellent choice of hotel for our stay, and we enjoyed it very much. Our room was comfortable and quiet and the hotel location and services were first class. Most enjoyable. A special mention must be made for the services of the reception staff including K. My partner damaged her arm alighting from out bus and the ladies at reception applied first aid at the time and redressed the wound on two more occasions while we were there. Saved a trip to hospital emergency and very much appreciated. Thank you ladies!! Ron and Linda, Canberra

Friendly staff. Good clean room comfortable bed. Breakfast overrated. Basic and poor quality.However proximity to central station trams and spice alley very good !

Mercure is conveniently located nearby Sydney's Central train station with convenient access to lots of transport options. Simple check in process with kiosk in lobby. Spacious comfortable rooms with all the required amenities and functionality. Good value for money so close to so much of Sydney on your doorstep. Room away from lift so was quiet enough and no real passing foot or outside noise to keep us awake.

コンシェルジュのスタッフはいつも笑顔で、英語が話せない私達にも翻訳機能を使い感じよく接してくれて、観光の相談にも乗ってくれました。お部屋は衛生的でバスタブもあり、小学生の娘がリラックスして過ごせました。最上階のプールも良かったです。一番良かったのは立地で、どこに行くにも快適に移動できました。最終日、チェックアウト後、荷物を安全に夕方まで無料で預かっていただけたのがとても助かりました。おかげで人生で最後になるかもしれないオーストラリア旅行の最終日も楽しく観光できました。
