Great location, so close to everything especially Central station. Lovely room, comfy beds, clean and tidy, great pool in the hotel. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Very pleasant stay.

スタッフの対応も良く心地いい宿泊ができました。とても最高な旅行になりました。身体をしっかり休めることもでき、清潔感もありホテル内でも快適な時間が過ごせました。 立地も良く20,30分程あれば周辺にあるだいたいの観光地には行けるのでとても良かったです。 またシドニーに行く機会があればこちらのホテルを利用したいです。 本当にありがとうございました！

We were late booking Sydney for New Year and this hotel still wasn’t full so that should tell you something. Location is good for public transport but it’s in a section of George Street which is less than attractive. The stay itself was ok. Bedroom was nice enough and bed itself ok. I did get a memory foam pillow which was nice. The lifts are dreadful- so as our room was on the 14th floor we spent a lot of time waiting. Staff were fine, generally. I’ve stayed in many Mercures over the years and they are variable. This one is bag average but comfortable enough.
