Hola, buenas tardes... Durante los 3 días que estuvimos alojados en su hotel nadie de recepción conocía el idioma español. En un hotel de su categoria no considero que sea dar un buen servicio a parte de sus clientes.

Bien ubicado y comunicado con transporte público cerca. Habitación silenciosa y agradable. Personal atento. Hacer un pregargo adicional al coste de la estancia desmesurado. Antes de salir del hotel revisen bien la factura, nos cargaron dos desayunos que no habíamos realizado, si bien lo corrigieron una vez lo comuniqué. Si no hubiera sido por lo anterior negativo les hubiera puntuado 9.

Llevo más de 20 años yendo a este hotel, siempre me he sentido bien, hasta esta vez. Tengo tarjeta de máxima categoría, pero eso ya no significa nada en este hotel.
