Dear melyab2016, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We sincerely regret to learn about the many issues you encountered during your stay in November, especially as your stay extended over two weeks. Please accept our deepest apologies for the inconvenience caused by the water leakage during rainy weather, the condition of the air-conditioning filter, as well as the cleanliness concerns regarding the bed sheets and towels. This is certainly not the standard of comfort, hygiene, and maintenance that we aim to provide, and we fully understand how disappointing and frustrating this must have been for you. We are particularly concerned to hear that these conditions may have affected your health after returning home. Guest well-being is our top priority, and your feedback has been shared with our management, housekeeping, and engineering teams for immediate review and corrective action. We are taking this matter seriously to ensure improvements are made and that such issues do not recur in the future.
