I had a wonderful stay at Mercure Jakarta Kota, and I want to express my appreciation for the amazing team who made my experience memorable. A special thank you to Mr. Hero (Front Office Manager) for his outstanding hospitality and professionalism. He handled everything with genuine care and made me feel truly welcomed from the moment I arrived. I would also like to recognize Ms. Mega and Mr. Hafist, who were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their warm service added so much comfort to my stay. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection of food, and the staff were equally pleasant and efficient. What touched me the most was the beautiful “Welcome” room decoration prepared for my arrival. It was such a kind gesture and made the stay extra special. Overall: excellent service, great food, and a team that truly goes above & beyond. I highly recommend Mercure Jakarta Kota and I look forward to staying there again!

Our room had a good view across the city. The bathroom was small, bath had a plastic shower curtain, no standalone shower unit. There was a reasonable variety of food on offer at breakfast, the staff were polite and helpful. The hotel is in need of an update and modernisation. We didn't like the location as there was huge roadworks nearby which made it very difficult to walk around, pavements often blocked or nonexistant in places. A combination of dust, heat and pollution made walking very unpleasant.

good staff from security , front desk to house keeping. all very kinds and friendly. i feel stays in my own home. perfect service. never found others hotels.

Old fashioned hotel , during check in, the staff didn't ask the vehicle for free parking. The room was nice , clean but for the towel we have the ripped one and for bath soap was limited , for dental kit just setup one while we came for 2 pax. Lack of manning showed up while breakfast . Slow refill and there isn't any fb attendant to controlling the breakfast. But the food was a tasty. For last, the parking staff from 3rd party less dexterous while we check out
