Everything good except .....

Everything fine until 6am breakfast, Bain Marie food was stone cold I always thought food was cooked and then placed in baine maries to keep it hot but this hotel has a new approach, stick cold food in? Beyond a joke! Have another night to enjoy so will retest breakfast tomorrow and they will get instant feedback!

Thank you to Kay and staff for a truly memorable experience celebrating my wife’s Birthday party in the Manata room at the Mercure Resort Queenstown. The staff were friendly, the food was great and the views of the lake are amazing. Anyone considering a special event party, We would recommend Mercure at Queenstown from our personal experience.

It was my 7th stay at this hotel, since 2017. The views are stunning and the service is always great. The South Korean lady from the front desk was amazing with me and my family, providing us a nice room with perfect views, and the manager Singh wrote us a beautiful welcome card with a delicious plate of sweets. The bartender from lounge is also a really polite and delivers great service. The only negative point: they start to charge us for parking.

Just perfect, the property was good. Combine the classic and modern architecture. Staying for 3 N and not disaapoint. The view was amazing ( mountain & lake view), the room just a basic room but clean enough and quite spacious. Just another basic breakfast at the hotel nothing special. Tips: if you bring rental car just park on the outside parking so you dont need to pay the bills, saving 15 NZD/ night.

Fabulous evening at South Eatery with our little granddaughter. The lovely Mary from Fiji was absolutely lovely and very experienced with children and dining. We’re very grateful for her expertise. Thank you Mary. Bula Vinaka Mary, you’re the best.
