Le séjour a été agréable, les personnels accueillants. Nous regretons la température trop basse des locaux communs et le pilotage compliqué de la température des chambres par le personnel de l'accueil. La restauration n'était pas disponible alors que c'était la période de fin d'année. Seul un snack avec peu de choix était ouvert.

Déçu ! La plaquette D. présentation montre un bel hôtel. Avec piscine et bars...une fois sur place, l'ensemble est froid. Assez triste et très mal situé dans Bari ( zone HLM et quartier D. la gare assez sordide)

Excellent personnel, parc très agréable. L’hôtel est vieillissant, le statut de fidélité peu reconnu pour un prix relativement élevé au vu du standing revendiqué.
