there is a shower problem in the room ... the breakfast is good, there is salty and sweet the room is comfortable. the location of the hotel is very well in the city center. small complaint, the price is a bit expensive

We had a very nice room on the 6th floor with an expansive balcony. Overall we had a great stay with great views and service. Our only thought was that we would have liked the bits and bobs replenished in our room on a more regular basis. We ended up stocking up from the dining area on the ground floor. Location is very good at the top end of the town with quick access to all attractions.

Beautiful view of the historic places and great and caring staff. This place is amazing and you can't miss it if you happen to be visiting Avignon. The rooms are fantastic, the welcome is incredible and the stay is worth the penny

Nice location (we saw the palace from our window), in the center of the old town; clean room, new furniture, nice toiletries; friendly staff; some minor problems with parking access with laggages; good sanitary conditions;

I arrived during the festival, the parking entry was difficult to find. The way out sent me directly to Mercure Hotel through stairs and long way carrying luggage. The Mercure reached wasn't the right, so I had to walk again through stairs and in the street with all luggages and without assistance. When I finally arrived in the right hôtel, was no restaurant, only breakfast as the restaurant is located in the other Mercure hôtel. I was then a bit disappointed. Lack of information provided during booking, lack of assistance for the transfert between the two hôtel. Room basic , with some bad smells time to time.
