Moderno, espaçoso, bem localizado, atendimento em português. Transporte gratuito para o centro, bem próximo ao hotel. Café da manhã caro, mas gostoso.

Siamo stati tre giorni in Lussemburgo per vedere il musical les miserables e abbiamo fatto tappa in questo hotel.Devo dire che sono stato in molti hotel di questa catena e non sono mai stato deluso.L´hotel si trova nella zona di Kirchberg sede di molte multinazionali , di hotel , di banche e di organizzazioni governative.Il centro si raggiunge tranquillamente in Tram, gratuito come tutti gli altri mezzi di trasporto in Lussemburgo.Passa ogni 5 minuti.Personale gentilissimo, parlano piú lingue tra cui anche l´italiano, almeno la ragazzo che ha fatto a noi il check-in.Stanze molto spaziose, bagno moderno e funzionale.Qualitá del letti molto buona , anche la Hall e molto accogliente come anche il ristorante .Noi abbiamo preso la city breakfeast per 10 € , si puó avere la variante dolce o salata con caffé o succo.Parcheggio davanti all´hotel , se é pieno c´e´l´alternativa pochi metri piú avanti.Noi abbiamo mangiato nelle vicinanze, a pochi metri dell´hotel , vi sono sono alcuni ristoranti , ma come detto anche nell´hotel c´é un ristorante.Noi siamo rimasti completamente soddisfatti e lo possiamo consigliare.

Vanaf parking naar hotel via een trap buitenom, voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn (wij) bijna onmogelijk. Jongeman achter de balie ( geïmproviseerd, hotel in renovatie) bijna niet te verstaan , weet amper hoe hij factuur moet maken, want dat we betaald hebben staat in systeem !!!!!! Op de site staat niets over renovatie en er lijkt een restaurant te zijn maar is er niet. In de kamer een 2 persoonsbed maar ook een bedbank helemaal uitgeklapt daardoor kamer vol en zeer ongezellig. Konden trouwens niet de volgende morgen betalen terwijl er een creditcard bij de reservering was vermeld, als zekerheid stelling. Nee volgende x weer naar mamashelter of hotel parc belair suk prettiger

Verder hadden wij ook graag meegedeeld dat wij een ingang hebben langs de achterkant van het gebouw met een top-off dat meer geschikt is voor mensen die moeilijker te be zijn. Daarnaast bieden onze excuses aan voor de verwarring die is ontstaan bij het inchecken en de facturatie. Het is onze prioriteit om onze gasten efficiënt en correct te helpen en we zullen dit aandachtspunt meenemen in onze trainingen. Wat betreft de informatie over de renovatie en de beschikbaarheid van het restaurant, we streven ernaar om onze gasten voorafgaand aan hun verblijf te informeren via onze website en tijdens het reserveringsproces. We zullen de communicatie hieromtrent herzien om ervoor te zorgen dat deze informatie duidelijk wordt gedeeld. Ten aanzien van de kamerindeling, waarderen we uw feedback over de ruimtelijke opzet en zullen we deze in overweging nemen bij toekomstige verbeteringen. Met betrekking tot het betaalproces, normaal gesproken bieden we flexibiliteit met betalingen waarbij creditcardgegevens worden gebruikt als garantie. Camera super spaziosa, letto comodo, bagno nuovo e funzionale, cena a buffet e buona prima colazione: cosa chiedere di più per una sosta di una sola notte durante un tour organizzato? I lavori ancora in corso per l'ammodernamento non hanno dato noia e nemmeno il fatto che l'hotel si trovi in una zona Direzionale fuori dal centro città (volendo comunque c'è la fermata del tram a due passi, tram pulitissimo veloce e gratuito). Consigliato.
