Słaby hotel jak na 4 gwiazdki. Lata świetności ma dawno za sobą, stare wykładziny, brudne ręczniki i brak gniazdek przy łóżkach to podstawowe niedogodności. Poza tym płatna woda w pokoju, bez możliwości skorzystania z uzupełnienia własnej butelki, zacinające się windy i zapleśniałe płytki w łazience.

Mercure Berlin Tempelhof to hotel trochę oddalony od centrum miasta ale z bardzo wygodnym połączeniem U-Bahn. Połączenie transportem miejskim do lotniska jest również bardzo dobre. W pobliżu znajdziemy kilka dyskontów (Lidl, Rewe) oraz wiele mini knajpek serwujących dania z różnych stron świata. Obsługa hotelu jest bardzo miła oraz pomocna. Dziękujemy bardzo Pani z Front Desk która umożliwiła nam wcześniejsze zameldowanie (w deszczowy dzień). Otrzymaliśmy miły pokój, z ładnym widokiem na panoramę okolicy z najwyższego piętra. Warto dodać, że pomimo lokalizacji przy windzie, nie było słychać kroków i hałasów z korytarza. Dodatkowo był wyposażony z elektrycznie sterowaną osłonę przed słońcem. Wystrój pokoju jest już nieco starszy ale powoduje to że jest on przytulny. Klimatyzacja mogłaby działać trochę ciszej. Jest duży telewizor Smart. Podsumowując Mercure Berlin Tempelhof to bardzo dobry hotel. Polecam.

We had a wonderful stay at the Mercure Hotel Berlin Tempelhof. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful, always ready to assist. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, providing a great place to relax after a busy day. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Berlin and looking for a pleasant experience.

do samej lokalizacji czy pokoju zastrzeżeń nie ma, chodzi o obsługę, byłem w wielu hotelach ale tu jak na hotel 4* obsługa kiepska, żeby np o głupie mydło w pokoju prosić się 3 dni?

Wszystko super. Na minus bardzo drogie śniadanie (24 euro) i brak możliwości korzystania z sauny w dowolnym momencie
